Soul Vida Yoga is a motivating yoga inspired class incorporating the very best of modern yoga practices, breath synchronised moves with the perfect balance of Soul Vida’s body mind logic. This class begins with a gentle detox sequence, and flows into an invigorating sequence, inviting the body and breath to move as one, building stamina, strength, patience and flexibility.

The class finishes with a lying down meditation, to help you unwind, restore and deeply relax.
