Turn back time with flowing choreographed movements, combining the very best of breath synchronized flow,
dynamic stretching, body mind balance and core alignment.
The class starts with a gentle detox sequence and ends with a lying down meditation, to help you unwind,
restore and deeply relax. All Soul Vida Classes are beginner friendly and low impact.
What to bring:
Yoga Mat, Towel, Water Bottle, comfortable clothes, small blanket, sunblock, hat.
