Makita Gabriel is a Wellness Entrepreneur, Body Mind Fitness Expert, Author and Qualified Nurse with over 28 years of experience teaching body mind fitness in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Makita has a background in the movements arts, includes certifications in Yoga, Pilates,Barre, Personal Training, and Fitness Leadership.
Makita’s teachings are influenced by a multi-disciplinary body mind approach to exercise and positive psychology to transform the body and mind.
